Mobile Display Request

The Arkansas Universal Design Mobile Display is a full-scale mock-up of a universally designed bathroom built inside of an 18-foot race car trailer. It travels to home shows, county fairs, professional conferences, and other large venues. Its purpose is to inform the public, the building trades and professions, and the home health community about the benefits and applications of UD practical ideas.

Six state agencies and non-profit organizations have collaborated to build the Mobile Display and to keep it on the road: UAMS Partners for Inclusive Communities; University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture Research and Extension; the Arkansas Home Builders Association; University of Arkansas Fay Jones School of Architecture; Arkansas Department of Human Services Division on Aging & Adult Services; and AARP Arkansas.

The Mobile Display lives in Little Rock, but it rolls to all corners of the state. Information about costs and staffing associated with bringing the Mobile Display to your location are available by request.

To request the Mobile Display, please complete the form found below. We will contact you soon with further details.
